The Ridge
The Signature Villa, is a stand-alone villa featuring unparalleled views of the East Coast of Barbados and the Atlantic Ocean. With 3,020 square feet of living space, the Signature Villa offers a main residential area and an apartment that can be locked off for use by friends and family or as a rental unit.
The Signature Villa features a large kitchen with eat-in island and pantry, laundry closet, powder room and spacious living and dining area with adjacent terrace and jacuzzi pool.
The master suite has an en suite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub as well as a generous walk-in closet and covered deck. The second bedroom also features an en suite bathroom, closet and deck. There is also a study on the main unit.
The lock-off apartment features on the top floor a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet and covered deck. On the ground floor is its own kitchenette and pantry, laundry closet, living room, powder room, terrace and jacuzzi. The living room can also serve as an additional sleeping area for this lock-off unit.
Also located on the ridge are The Edgewater Villas each enjoying direct views of the rugged East Coast and the Atlantic Ocean. Each villa (Buildings A, B and C) is a semi-detached residence featuring 1,683 square feet of living space on two floors, private gardens, spa pools, ceramic tiling and parking.
The ground floor of each villa features a large living room, kitchen and dining area with a large pantry. There is a powder room for guests and a storage closet. There are two patios on the ground floor; one adjacent to the living room and one to the kitchen and dining area.
