Secure Investment

Upon purchasing a unit at Edgewater Villas, the owner's deposits will be held in trust by a recognised financial institution until the unit being purchased has been completed and all legal matters to effect handover have been completed.  The funds will not be transferred from escrow to the developers until legal title is transfered to the purchaser.

Villa Management

Should a family or group be interested in collectively purchasing a unit at Edgewater Villas, the development offers villa management services to co-ordinate the group's use of the unit or rental to third parties as part of an optional rental pool.

Running Costs & Rental Pool

While the development has been carefully planned to ensure low running costs, Edgewater Villas will also establish an optional rental pool that will manage villa rentals when units are not in use by their owners.  This will help maintain both the upkeep of the individual unit as well as the gardens, swimming pool and other communal areas of the property.
