Villa Development Inc. is owned by Villa Investments Inc, a wholly owned Barbadian company, responsible for the full revitalization of the property known as Edgewater Hotel.
Their vision for this property and its surrounds is a truly aesthetic development geared to maintenance of the pristine and tranquil environment in which the development will reside and which will be of economic benefit to the people of Barbados and the area. It is a vision that will see the development and the hotel adding value to the aesthetics of the surrounding environment through thoughtful development, in consonance with nature, the ecology and the special dynamics of this area, while ensuring that we enhance, not destroy, its beauty.

Reynald Associates Limited (RAL) was formed in 1984 in Trinidad. Its portfolio consists of a diverse range of projects. Planning Associates Limited
Planning Associates Limited (PAL) was established in 1968 and has successfully closed-out many projects in Trinidad & Tobago and elsewhere in the Caribbean. Its core competencies are in areas of planning, designing, and preparing specifications for buildings, primary and secondary schools, roads and bridges, drainage facilities, industrial plants, estates and factories, water collection, handling and disposal systems, abattoirs, ports and tourism facilities. PAL has successful joint venture arrangements and sub-consultancy arrangements with firms from North America, Europe and the Caribbean. The company’s core philosophy is responsibility for its actions, care and concern for the environment and communities, furtherance of the engineering professions and respect for all people.
Moorjani Caribbean (Barbados) Limited
The building contractor is Moorjani Caribbean (Barbados) Limited. This company has been in existence for over 25 years and has offices in St Kitts and Antigua. The company constructed buildings for governments and well as the private sector. It has developed a reputation in the Caribbean of completing jobs on time and within budget. In Barbados within the last three years the company completed for the private sector a multi story office complex known as The Trident Financial House and the Marriott's Court Yard Hotel both in parish Christ Church and for the government the Eric Holder Municipal Complex which houses the police station, the district court, the post office and the library in parish of St Joseph.
