A villa will be owned by up to 17 like-minded consumers who recognize the value in sharing ownership of luxury real
estate. Each person will own a three week fraction, which permits three weeks of exclusive use of the villa to that owner.
The fraction will consist of two fixed consecutive weeks and one rotating week.
Owners may also choose to deposit some or all of their weeks with a vacation exchange program managed by Interval
International, the quality vacation exchange network. In addition, owners can deposit some or all of the weeks that they
own in a resort managed rental program.
